Bountiful Raised Musician to Launch Third Album in Salt Lake City, UT
Salt Lake City, UT –One of Utah’s own is to return to her home State to launch her third album, “Driven,” in a one night only performance at Salt Lake City’s Leona Wagner Black Box.
Annelise LeCheminant (le-shem-i-nänt), who performs regularly throughout the Western States, has only one scheduled performance in Utah and is bringing her Nashville band to her home State for the occasion on Saturday, Jan 10, 2009
“Driven” showcases LeCheminant’s soulful but venturesome style which she describes as “alternative-groove-rock;” a style she developed over several years while writing, performing and recording in and around Nashville.
Recently relocating from Nashville to Los Angeles, LeCheminant brings her music to Utah whenever she can. She performed in the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympic Festival and her song “Disconnected” is featured as part of a media exhibit in the Gateway Discovery Children’s Museum in Salt Lake City.
The Leona Wagner Black Box is located at 138 West 300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. Tickets are available at ArtTix. Admission is $15.00. All ages.
